Our website gives information about our event rentals, wedding and event planning, décor, and photo booths, and lets you place rental orders online. We may change, add, or remove content, inventory, and features at any time.
Rental orders, quotes, planning and décor services, and photo booth bookings are governed by the order confirmation, quote, proposal, or written agreement you receive from us, not by these Terms. If those documents conflict with these Terms, those documents control for that order or event.
You must be 18 or older to place an order, request a service, or opt in to text messages.
2. Acceptable Use
When you use our website, you agree not to:

Copy or collect content or data from the website by automated means, such as scraping

Our website chat runs on a third-party platform. Some responses may be generated automatically, including by artificial intelligence. Those responses are for general information only. They are not a quote, not a confirmation of availability, and not a substitute for talking with our team about your order or event. Prices, availability, and tent sizing are confirmed only by our team.

4. SMS Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Bluegrass Events sends text messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include order and delivery confirmations, quote follow-ups, consultation and appointment reminders, event-day updates, and occasional promotions.
How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the optional, unchecked SMS box on a form on our website, by agreeing in our website chat, or by telling us in person or by phone. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of renting from us or buying any service.
